I just replaced my front brake lines and line junctions on my 2000 LC. One of the brake lines is no longer available from Toyota, so I cut out the bad part and spliced in a replacement section I made using malleable tubing and a Titan flaring tool. I had to do this on some of the rear lines as well, not because of lack of availability. Even if a brake line is available, shipping is extremely expensive due to the length of the part. I think making your own is the best option.
