Brand new radiator, brand new fan, brand new hoses but am still having overheating issues.

Seems like there is a suction issue that is causing the hoses to crimp. Ive seen the hoses crimped at one point and would have to release air from the radiator cap to uncrimp it. Any help would be appreciated!

Are the hoses the correct length?

Not to scare you but I know there's a couple of years where Rover engines have a high failure rate. I believe the piston sleeves slip. I'm thinking it's in the D2 era.

You might try posting on Disco Web.

I hope this is not the case.

I use to work on some rovers, and the engines had some issues. My previous employer sells rebuilt rover engines that address their weak points, including cooling. Please let me know if you want his contact info. I think they have sold over 100 of these engines. The company is Great Plains Rovers in Oklahoma.

Good luck.
