GCC natives'
1st choice: New LC
2nd: Used LC
3rd: New Prado
4th: Used Prado
5th: New Patrol

Besides, the UN and various humanitarian orgs have a partnership with Toyota for 70 and 200 series LCs, that alone says a lot.

I visited AlAin UAE an year ago and saw nothing but Nissan Patrol roaming every where, it was like the 5:1 to LC200. And its catching up in Saudi too.

Seriously? I've spent almost half my life in UAE and I've always seen many more LCs than Patrols. Maybe the trend is shifting.

This pic was taken in the UAE.

I went to Infinity dealer to test drive Q model that was my LC200 that I was driving so they gladly were giving me Q model to drive and compare, so I did, so I love the car, but LC200 or LX570 is not a match for this Q model. First Q model have very large from windows pillars that significantly blocking your angle of view very uncomfortable for your eye. very massive inside. and one thing that I like in Toyota LC is 40/60 back door split that only available in LC or Range Rovers - other that that Q model is very nice, but still no match to LX570 as far as comfort

I test drove here in the UAE the Patrol SE and LC 5.7 last December, and decided to go for my first LC. My main reasons where proven durability and reliability, old-school interior design, a very soft composed, comfortable, refined ride, and low sitting windows. I think the Patrol looks great from the front, but from the side and rear, the LC has the upper-hand. The LC has so far been my best car experience, of all SUV's I have owned in 30 years.
