There will be a non-USA factory winch under there, I'll bet. It does make the front look a bit better.

I read somewhere that the similar ad with the Tundra was actually real. (likely with a hidden safety chain)

Well looking again at it. The front is completely different then mine, also the tire is not underneath....so I am wondering about that.

In the commercial just posted, thats a LandCruiser Prado, the twin of the GX470.

The ramp and car is real, the scenery is all special effects.

The Tundras commercials are real with some slight special effects here and there in the backgrounds.

That nudge bar thing is just a fancy feature. The winch cover is smaller and fits in the gap where the license plate normally goes.
