I notice when driving my 2016 200 at night that the foot-well lights in the driver and passenger side are illuminated slightly as are the driver and passenger doors just under the horizontal line along the door panels that meet the door handle. Does anyone know how to control these lights? I can't seem to find it in the manual or online and it is really annoying when driving at night.

I would imagine a little piece of tape or even unplugging these lights would do the trick. Many high end vehicles have these lights.

That would work for the footwell lights if you wanted them off completely, but the door lights are a bit different. Here is a bad pic showing the ambient lighting on the 16+ in the doors. It’s not too noticeable in the city at night, but if you’re driving out in the country with low environmental lighting, it is quite bright and a little distracting.

There many varieties of clear and color filtering films that could be used. Don't know what this particular fixture or little bulb looks like, but I could imagine a film captive in front or behind the lens is possible?
