This one tried to take a short on the main power lines and POW!!!

He took out the power to 18 blocks, the wire he was on was about
50' up and he got blown anther 40' higher :eek:

He got a little singed.

Once saw a crow land on a transformer across from my office. It also took out the power for blocks. However it didn't stay intact. Just blew up in a poof of fire and smoke spreading pieces of it self over 1/2 block.

I can tell you this. Packing a lunch out to Wizard Island on Crater Lake is not a good idea. Valerie and I did this, and we were overrrun by hungry, aggressive chipmunks that had absolutely no fear of us. I'm trying to eat a sandwich, and the next thing I know, I have a half a dozen of them in my lap and on my shoulder, nipping at me until I dropped my sandwich. Then these camp rats were on it like dingos turning on a wounded packmate. Being a National Park, they were protected. Actually doubly protected, since Oregon prohibits hunting them as well. No "chipmunk busting" here.
