2-2F's 4speed and transfer

I have two 2f motors from 78 FJ40's both ran when they were pulled, One has a weird 1 barrel carb on it, the other has new intake /exhaust gasket, new riser blockoff plate, and new toyota air rail plugs, no carb , $300 each, 4 speed trans and transfer $200, I'm just outside of Harrisburg, Pa

I might be really interested in one of those 2f motors- I'm looking at a '78 right now and what's holding me up is that it seems like the engine is seized 'cause the idiot left it sitting for 2 years with the aircleaner off the carb- it looks like water got down in a perfectly good carb and engine and has ruined both! If I can get a running engine from you for $300, I might just go ahead and buy the '78.

I found a place selling 2f engines and they quote $120-$250 shipping cost anywhere in the lower 48 states- depending on the zipcode of the recipient. Can you check and see what the cost would be foro you to ship it, assuming you'd be willing to ship it, to Austin, TX 78703?
