Hi,

The 1KZ-T service manual says to do the compression test by plugging into injection nozzle holes. Is it possible to do the compression test by plugging into glow plug holes instead of injection nozzle holes (like it is suggested in 2L-T service manual)? Would there be any difference in readings in both cases on 1KZ-T?

Yes, 1HZ and many other diesels are done this way.. Injectors are best left undisturbed. Then you dont have to bleed them or source new washer etc.

I'll try to do it through the glow plugs then. Many thanks guys!
