A quick one!
I'm running a stock 94 1HD-T and I wonder from which boost pressure headlift starts to be issue? Please shoot some safe values some max values! Read @1.2bar, @1.5bar seen others runnig higher...

I wish it was as simple as a boost number. It's peak cyl pressure that lifts the head and that is not practical to measure unfortunately. timing is a big factor for peak cyl pressure, do not over advance it. I'm at 1.7 bar on stock bolts, so far so good. i wish i would have o-ringed the block while i was building the motor so i don't have to worry about this as much.

I see... Not that straight forward, nevertheless thanks for the reply.
In my case I'm running my IP with ACSD removed and stock timming.
