1HDT Fuel Pump Washer Size

I am leaning diesel from the fuel pump on my 1HDT. It has the brass washers put in 4 years ago after the rubber one had gone out. Does anyone know the size of the washer?

pretty sure the Toyota part is 90201-12109. Any diesel shop will have them too.
