I've been working on this Troopy for the past few months getting it road ready. Shakedown run was to central Utah from Denver. 1000 miles of driving, 200 of it on dirt roads and some light trails. No issues except coming back over the passes into Denver at about 10,500 feet engine would sputter at high RPMs luckily only for a few seconds then I would just lay off the throttle and go easy and then it seemed fine. My question is could this be vapor lock or something else maybe fuel pump? I installed an HAC which seemed to make a difference just around town where I live in Denver about 5280 feet. Things to rule out: new fuel filter, new spark plugs, new rotor/rotor cap. Any suggestions would be helpful. Pic from the trip for attention ...
