1999 4Runner Locker in 2wd

Does anyone know of a company that makes something to allow the factory rear locker on a 1999 4runner engage in 2wd or high range?

If its like the Tacomas, you can do a simple modification that allows you to engage it at any time. They call it the Grey Wire Mod.

Or if your like me find yourself a junkyard elocked axle and install it. Then you can engage it whenever.

on 4runners its the blue/red wire mod. pretty simple...just cut it and ground it (the part coming from the box). viola...rear lock regardless of tcase position.

Ummm..... Isn't the factory locker in the rear of the 4Runner an elocker?

Anyway, I think I'd rather cut and ground a wire than swap out an axle or 3rd member.

I'll try to get some pics and do a write up on it if I can.
