Yeah the thing is they do offer the customization unlike a lot of other shops. I wanted to do some brown leather seats with some tan stitching. I'm a sucker for a "King Ranch" look. I do have a genuine leather couch and have to take care of it and keep it conditioned. Not sure how that's affecting a lot of peoples experiences....
