I'm getting around to a tune up on this cheap 80 series I purchased and I have a few issues I need to fix.
1. I have a loose throttle cable from the cruise control module. my 93 shows to have the transmission cable at the bottom and the Cruise control on top but this one has the transmission kickdown on top and I'm not sure if that's were its supposed to be.
1- throttle 2--transmission kick down (i assume?) 3--- cruise control module
2. My transmission makes an electric buzz noise when in reverse. it also it makes it while in drive but sporadically. Sometime I hear it in park as well but not often. It drives fine none the less but it worries me. The fluid seems to be good, and I believe it was serviced recently but I'm going to flush it anyway.

I believe #2, what I think of as a kickdown cable (but has a name like accelerator cable in toyota speak) goes in the bottom and your cruise control cable (#3) goes in the top left slot. I put mine in like you have yours now after replacing my injectors, and it was very unhappy until I moved the kickdown cable. Luckily someone here on mud saw it right away and got me straightened out.

Thank you! do you think this has something to do with the transmission buzz?
