Anybody have this they can send to me??? Tried the DL link and it was dl'ing for several days w/o success. I then sent a PM to ask for an emailed version and haven't heard back.

Want to save it to my iPad for our upcoming trip next week, in case we get stuck in BFE...... I did get the EWD just fine.....

Sorry Mike - I responded to your PM. I was out of town - my apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

I used Acrobat Professional to assemble the multiple different PDF files into one single file, and then assigned bookmarks to each section of the FSM.
