1995 DJ80 engine noise

Hello guys,
I am looking for a LC80 to purchase, this one I found from IAA auction, but it has engine noise. What is wrong with the engine, valve, timing belt?

It’s not the timing belt

Also not a dj81

Any other info to go off?
Change with rpm?
Approximate area of engine?
Oil pressure ok?
Recon powers steering pump damage/replacement ?

I assume that you have not seen it personally but a vid shared by auction house?

Purchasing in that confition I’d assume a rebuild and hope to get lucky. It does kinda sound like top end noise though.
