Got a bit of a headache. My speedo and odo aren't working, been chasing it for a while. I've already replaced the caps, and when I get my friend to turn the speed sensor by hand I get good VSS signal to the dash but the 4P Pin is constant 4.6 volts. So seems like the issue is probably isolated to teh speedo circuit board or chip. ANy ideas how to narrow it down further or individual parts to replace? Would rather not go buy another and think it would be tricky to swap the odo over without breaking stuff.
