1990 Prado SX5 LJ78 DRIVER"S SEAT

[1990 LJ78]

Well My driver's seat in the LJ78 has developed a minor problem.

The lumbar support that is adjustable on either side of the driver is only adjusting on one side. The side opposite of the adjuster knob no longer moves.. It feels funny so I want to get at it to see what needs to be done to fix it.

Has anyone pulled one of these seats apart??
Is there an exploded view any where that shows what is in this seat and how to get at it ??

Im not sure how helpfull this will be as its from a 90 series but it shouldnt be too different as it was the next model.

I know I have to get the back off to see all the moving parts and figure
that would be the place to start.
I have been busy and unable to get here for some time..
