1990 2nd gen diagnostic code 65 help

I just bought a 1990 4runnner and the trans is shifting really slow in and out of gears.Thinking it might have been the shift solenoid but it is throwing code 65 and the only codes i can find are 62,63,and 64 listed for the solenoids can some one please help. Thanks Nick
