Spare was laying in the back but it came with a rear mount that I may use. The cluster is a bit of a mess. Looking to rework.

Where the heck is the wiper motor on a bandi?

Under the dash. Access to the arm/wiper attachment is accessible by removing dash pad.

Here's the photo showing the original tachometer. Mercedes' diesel is a low speed diesel engine, with 3000 maximum RPM, max torque @ 1800 RPM and max power @ 2800 RPM.

Even here, in Brazil, they are extremely rare. There are aftermarket parts available, of course, but quality and durability are very low (keep in mind that Mercedes' OM engines - both 314 and 364, are known for its vibration - here in Brazil, the 314 was nicknamed "britadeira" (Jack Hammer), hence these electric gauges must be sturdy enough, which, unfortunately, is not the case with these non-OEM brands...
