this is not my truck......but i dropped by and had a look/ got some parts for my 60.
the vehicle has some chronic rust and the crossmember has collapsed, that being said.....
the 3fe sounds good and the axles should be good for 4.11's. interior is a bit rough.
some good parts to get for cheap. alternator, radiator looks new, sounds like he is going to take it to the junkyard soon.
see craigslist ad for Brittania Beach. this is in BC Canada. 3/4 hr drive from Vancouver.
he wants $500 for the rig
