Wanted 1989 FJ62 Large Blank Dash Insert Needed

I have a 89 FJ62 and the dash has a broken blank insert that I need to replace. Not sure of the correct part name. Does anyone have a part number or know where I could pick one up?

I found the part number and “fficial” part name: 55549-90A00 Rear cooler switch hole cover. No longer available (of course). Need a used one!
