Finally sold the Dodge and going back to my first love TOYOTA!
I got $3000 in my pocket and while I really wanted a pre-85 straight axle / I found this!
I have been put of the game for a few years and wondered what ya'll think?

Any comments especially rude are appreciated! :D

X2 on the timing chain rubbing thru. Although, by the looks of that runner I don't think you'll need to worry about that for a while. All you gotta do to check is the the valve cover (4 nuts) and use a flashlight to look down at the timing chain and guides. If there a no signs of rubbing, especially on the drivers side, your good to go. If there are signs of rubbing, replace timing chain set. If you do that get a kit with metal guides. Around 100 bucks online for a good set.

I just got mine for $2700. Drove it 5 hrs home and three days later the timing chain started hitting. That being said I love my 4runner and still think I got a great price!

Sent from the islands.
