I bought an fj62 and the guy I bought it off said it had a rebuild tranny, He said it slipped on high highway speeds. I adjusted the kickdown and put about 100 miles on it on the highway and 3 weeks around tow, before I took the truck off the road for a build up. While driving it the tranny seemed strong everything looked clean upon removal...

Probably a lot to ship it across the country to oregon. I would be in though if you are willing to do that. So it doesnt slip anymore at any speeds?

Not that I noticed, seemed strong to me, but I dont want to sell it for a lot in fear a few thousand miles down the road it starts slipping agian....Ill be able to help out with shipping.

Sounds good to me. The torque converter is along with the tranny? I take it you are keeping the transfer case? I tried to figure out shipping but didnt have much luck what zip code are you in?
