Selling it to buy another with a 2.0 liter turbo swap or else id keep it. I bought it on a whim and absolutely fell in love with these cars. I've put lots of work into it like i was gonna keep it so no corners have been cut. I have been driving it for about 3 months/ 5k miles with no reliability problems...very reliable.
Mid engine, 2200 lb. light weight, high revving bulletproof 4age, 5 speed lotus chaser
35 mpg no problem on 87oct
160k miles Hardtop w/ Sunroof (removable) ...does not leak like T-top cars!
• New clutch, does not pop out of 5th or grind
• New Head Gasket & Timing belt (oem)
• Smallport Head/ Intake swap rated at 135 BHP, up from 115
• New tires with Discount tire warranty on lightweight ATS alloys
• New O2 sensor (denso) and exhaust muffler (quiet at low rpms, good ring at higher rpms)
• New brakes: rotors F&R, new rear calipers, oem pads in front, stoptech in rear
• Steering rack bushing replaced
• Cooling system overhaul: water pump, hoses, T-stat, and radiator w/ Toyota Red coolant.
• New fluids: diff, coolant, oil (synthetic w/oem filter)
• 35 city/ 40 hwy MPG on 87oct
• Everything electrical works, manual locks and windows will work forever.
• Does not leak a drop
The unfortunate:
• No AC currently, needs a compressor
• Paint is fading in some places more than others.
• CD player does not work
• Alternator is on the way out but still working

Not rusted, a couple minor spots, and VERY minor
Nothing shady, clean TX title!
Been in the family for last 7-8 yrs
A very mechanically sound car, cosmetically can be prettied up with a paint job and some interior tidbits. Would not hesitate to drive it everday as i did until moving out of state and could not bring it with me. Starts every time!
