I have a 1987 truck. Michigan rust bucket. Its got a good 22RE (rebuilt before I bought the truck, don't know the mileage but it runs like a top), 5 speed and gear driven transfer case. The drivetrain is rock solid. The body and frame are as expected for an 87 in Michigan. The frame has rust holes, could be repaired, some people have told me the cabs pretty good (which it isn't too bad) but lately I buy southern vehicles for bodies so it looks terrible to me. The interior is disassembled, it was an SR5 and I used the interior in my 4Runner. So it could be put back together for a woods beater (I jumped it and the frame holds), or it would be a great motor or drivetrain for a southern truck. Make me an offer or tell me what you are looking for. I have the entire base line interior, its just not installed.
