what are the symptoms of it being underpowered, the are underpowered period , but there is the odd thing that helps it.
Got smoke?What colour? Easy/hard starting?
You should just sell it to me

Have any mods been done to it?
Get a boost gauge and controller and up the boost.
I've gone to @ 12psi. Crushers says 14psi is acceptable.
Others have gone to 18-21psi but that could be considered Dieselcide!!!!
