Is it a 5speed with power steering??

If so I hate you. ;)

Yes it is a five speed power steering....

That's it..... You are dead to me Rob. It also happens to be my favorite colour (tied with green)

Seriously though, good on you for succeeding where so many others failed. You are an expert cruiser hunter gatherer!

Haaaa, Cam it was not really that hard, just tough getting together with the Kayla to buy it as she was in Mexico the week before.

Funny thing, I went down the week before and fully expecting a pile of junk and when I pulled up and first sight:D:D, crawled under it and saw how good the frame was too....

Local guy had been grinding her on the price, then he walked I guess figured it was not worth that much, I however gave here the asking price as I felt it was worth the money.

Thought for sure spud would beat me to the punch, he might just be the ultimate cruiser hunter:p:p:p

high five!!!!
I had a feeling something was up that you backed out on that blue one in the states.

Yeppers, once bailed on the FJ40, thought I would keep it hush hush until it was in my driveway.

That FJ40 will prolly be brought up for Nanaimo toyota for a restoration and stick on the show room floor.

I tried to see that thing a year and a half ago when it was first for sale, even tried to be helpful and see if I could diagnose some of the issues it was having ( clutch , electrics) for them before they spent a fortune on a mechanic, but Kayla was impossible to deal with. I got the run around for 3 months....and gave up.

Glad it was worth the headache, but looks like it was too nice for me anyways. I only buy lost causes... :bang:

And speaking of looks, your pictures SUCK.

It's like me saying I saw the hottest woman on earth today, and I give you a picture of her foot :flipoff2:

Only have wifes camera phone, will try and take some tomorrow.

Tonights bit of work, been meaning to crate this engine for about six months or longer for CJ in New Mexico, very patient guy.

I thought Iphones take great pictures????

:cheers::cheers:

When I get home from work I will take a few...

They thought they had a charging issue, not so just pulling to much juice off the first battery to run the stereo..and thus killiing it often.

Charging just fine at 27volts everything on..

First thing I am working on is making a die for the rear wheel wells, ribbing...

Ken is in the midst of putting his awsome cnc plasma table together and mentioned he has a press large enough to put a wheel pannel into it.. His table is Canadian made, 5 by 8 feet in size.....

Engine pic is from the blue bomber, when you coming to get the chasis?
