1983 Toyota 4x4 Trailblazer

I'm sure some of you guys on MUD know alot more than I do about this thing, but this is what I have .1983 Toyota 4x4 Trailblazer which is a straight axle early 4runner. I read on the Trekker board there was only 400 of these made. Toyota in the early 80's contracted with Winnabego and Grifith to make a 4 seat SUV. The Griffith was called a Trailblazer and the Winnabego was a Trekker. I read there were 1200 Trekkers built. This Suv has never been modified and is all there and stock. It hasnt run in a few years, and I dont know much about it. I got it in a trade a month ago. It is a 22r,5speed with a/c,ps,pb. Its needs to be restored but is all there including the rear seat and the body is PERFECT with no rust. It looks like a generation one truck with a camper, but the top is molded onto the cab, and its a walk through. just like a 4runner. I was going to restore it, but I could use the money.$1800 ..located in Apple Valley SO. Does it run & drive? What works/doesn't work, issues, etc?

Very neat rigs. The first one I saw was fellow club member Paul Kegley's which he's restored since and its a great rig. I'm sure Paul will chime in. :) Good luck with your sale.
