I had a shop in Miami install an air condition, electric power steering, and a radio on my 1978 Toyota HJ45 diesel truck and now the battery won’t stay charged because the alternator cannot keep up with the electrical draw from the accessories. The installing shop did not know that they needed to upgrade the alternator and I did not think of it either. I am now trying to find a solution but there are not high capacity alternator with vacuum pump options available. I’ve now invested $15K more into my truck and can not even drive. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

Does this help? SS Performance in Miami suggested to do high capacity alternator and then add an electric vacuum pump that is powered by a switch.

All the high-output alternators that are available are an internally regulated design. If you don't mind a few fairly basic wiring mods we can assist with alt + vac pump. I'd stay away from electric vacuum pump if possible, the simplicity of the factory system is something I wouldn't want to loose.

How about one of these GMC 110 AMP alternator with vac pump

Yes, a can work with a few wiring Mods. What model do you have in mind? Thank you!

Depends on how often you use them. Radios dont use much. If it spends long hours between winchings, a second battery could make sense. In any case, the 75 series has a 110 amp alternator from the factory to run everything. I was running 2x800amp cranking batteries and 750 amp house battery for the fridge and lighting when I was stopped and I never came to close running out of power. But winches do use a lot.
