Is that from the wheel to the rag joint? If so, I'll take it if you will ship to Reno, NV

sorry i did'nt get back to you earlier. yup, it's complete including the wiring. the wheel itself is in great shap[e; i'd say a 9 out of 10. no cracks; been wearing some wrap all it's life. not sure if i have the key for it, but i can take a look. i will ship it as long as i can find a box big enough. obviously, shipping would be at your expense.
