Definately a Series lll.....the Defender name was not used until the late 80's or early 90's. ..........1978HJ45
 
Was this Rover refurbished by Tony Woodward of Jacksonville, Fla. by chance. It looks like his work.......1978HJ45

Its a $23-24K rig all day long. $30K is a bit high for this truck. Its a Range Rover it'll be in the shop longer than on the trails. Not sure how collectible it is all chopped up. Its cool but def not a collector item.

IF ITS the original 4 Cyl. gas engine and the "Lucas" electrics have been replaced it should be very reliable. I had multiple "Series Rovers" and never had one let me down.

Yep it is the carb'd 3.5 V8

Opps.....I had no interest in the Rover therefore did not actually read the advertisement. My bad.............1978HJ45
