Pretty tough to find tire lever part 09033-00010 from the 1971 Standard Hand Tool Set catalog. According to the catalog, it is "convenient for use in oil seal removal and fan belt adjustment." It is pictured next to a 1 lb. Maruki hammer for scale in the second to last pic. $75 which includes shipping to the US.
