I have 1968 FJ40 with a f145 motor 3speed trans. . Can I directly swap in a 2f with a 4 speed from a 72?

I'm sure you'll have to do some swapping around. We don;t do enough of the early 70's trucks to know off the top of my head. You'd be better posting in the 40 forum.
