Ok, here is the scoop. This guy has a 1966 LWB Fj45 for sale. He bought it 5 years ago here in my town.(I passed on it because i was not ready for another project) but the truck was purchased by a friend of mine who boght it from his pal in California.I think he paid almost nothing for it but he knew what he could sell it for.The truck is and was rust free. The bad; engine was no good and missing taigate.The good; no rust, no bondo no metal.It had a 3 speed on the floor.I think it did. Any way, I was looking at the truck trader in this area and saw an ad for a 45, so I called the guy and I was surprised to know it was the same truck I almost bought 5 years ago. He has it for sale for $5,500 ( same price I could have bought it) but.....the truck is now all apart. He said he started a frame up and never finished.This truck is a good candidate for a resto if you have the time. No bull, no piece of junk. Here is his phone #
