I am going to replace the original engine, transmission, and transfer case in my 1965 Landcruiser. I will be installing a 1998 2UZFE, 4.7L engine out of a Tundra and a H55F 5 speed manual transmission. I have two questions for anyone that has done this swap.
First - What do you do about the wiring harness and ECM? Did you get a complete harness out of a 98 Landcrusier, use a custom, what worked?
Second - For the bellhousing, what works? I hear the 1UZ and the 2UZ are the same. what will accomplish this marriage?
