believe if it's a body made my Toyota it would be a FJ25 and not a FJ28. Toyota had no need to make a different style body. It could be in CA but would be a shame if it left CA. Also a seller saying dealer or Toyota should pick it is a joke. Toyota in Australia maybe to bring it home. Only place I could in the US who might be interested would be the Larry Miller Group. Their museum has cruiser from around the world but the Miller family traveled the world and a family history with non US imported.

If the market is going crazy and someone looking get one at a fraction of this one I have few 25s I would sell.

It is a 28. came from Aus NO 17 on the 25 count. At that price I would send mine to the US.

The engine number, is that an old chev number R303623 ?. Looks like one with the oil filler on top.

Clearly I need glasses. I spoke to him about it [briefly] on FB and he didn't deny the $50k, but that don't mean sh!t - could'a gone for $10k.
