I've got a set of Nokian (Nokia) Hakkapeliitta tires in size 175R16. Yes, that's correct, and no, it's not a type-o. They're tall and skinny tires. Placed up beside my current, well worn 235/75R15 tires on my BJ60, they're about the same height, only a lot skinnier.
Used them for about 8000 kms (about 5000 miles) on my former Lada Niva 4x4. You could probably use them on a Land Cruiser if you got 16" wheels. They'll definitely fit a Lada Niva 4x4 and apparently also a Suzuki Samurai (and using the same logic, whatever else Suzuki rims would fit).
Though not specifically a winter tire, they are absolutely amazing in snow, though you can run them year round too. Asking $395 for all four tires, mounted and balanced on steel rims, plus a full size spare, on a rim, and one more used tire, without a rim for free. That's 6 tires and five rims. Far less than even half price of what this would cost to buy new. Hardly used.
May be able to help deliver or meet part way within a couple hours drive of Barrie, Ontario (about one hour north of Toronto). Shipping could be expensive, so probably best to pick up in person. $395 CDN, cash or PayPal. Reply here, PM me or call 705-795-0551. May consider trade for iPod compatible car stereo and speakers for my BJ60, small, newer small utility trailer, or anything else of similar value, ideally for an even trade.
