Just make sure the new headphones work before you call. Hopefully you will get the same results as I have.

Just came back from dealer to see if Toyota resolved couple issues with 16 LC which are passenger side AV headphones not working properly (aftermarket with A/B switch works) and Nav and Mid cluster not displaying distance to next turn the same (if distance to turn more than 10 miles, it moves a decimal by one in mid cluster). Nav thing is not resolved yet, but Toyota is working on it. Headphones are resolved and dealer issued me new headphones with A/B switch. If you have 16 for sure stop by for new headphones.
