I'm interested in your ebrake cable. Did you have to retain the rotating lever in your setup for proper functionality? I was thinking it could be eliminated.

I presume your referring to the FJ60 Ebrake part that you can see in the photo. I acts as a equalizer balancing the force between both sides. I did use it but relocated from the axle housing to this bracket i built that is now bolted underneath the rear floor
When my buddy swapped a d60 in the rear of his TJ he lost the function of the stock e-brake. He is installing this setup from Undercover Fab that uses a remote wilwood master plumbed in line with the rear brake line and uses the e-brake cable lever to acuate the master to lock the rear brakes. He has not finished the install yet so can't comment on how well it works.
