It is no secret that I had a disappointing 3 weeks trying to understand the “air Bleed” of my fuel filter and filter housing replacement. Discovered several things different in diesel engines and have never worked on or owned on prior.

over the course of time (1 month) I ordered a few parts for this 14B Toyota and they all showed up with the last 3 days. Granted, it took me a bit trial and error but the thing is running great…it does have a weeping injector seal ,on 1 cylinder. I was able to acquire rebuild parts and new seals, gaskets, injectors springs and even the leakage rail. I have an injector tester to check spray pattern and pressure release

does anyone know if the process of replacing the injectors AND allowing air back into the system will be a simple bleed process or am I too gun shy having had this wonderful experience a few weeks ago? I assume it’s is like replacing spark plugs but with more attention to details?

thanks in advance ( or should I just leave well enough alone)
