My BJ74 (13bt) will no longer switch off after a trip to the garage for a snorkel installation! I have to push the lever from the vacuum diaphragm to the intake shut off to stop the engine.
I am struggling to follow the Vacuum lines, does anyone have a diagram?
Where is the air (cut-off) valve VSV? How many VSVs are there?
Is there a switch or relay between the ignition and the VSV, or does it simply lose power when the ignition is switched off?

I know the failed shut off has been discussed, but I am looking for info on the vacuum system as a whole and on the link between electrics and vacuum.

Thanks

Here is the line drawing from EPC.
Relay is hiding at the back left side of end of the block down low. No relay in between.
Not the sort of thing that get's bothered with during a snorkel install, they usually cause grief when you get em wet.
If a shop was messing with the air can for a Snorkel they may have pulled a vacuum line over on that side.

Thanks that's a great help although the region in the green circle is still a bit unclear.
Luckily I found a hole in the hose circled in red, replaced it and shut off is OK now.
What are the parts circled in blue (what do they do?)

Thanks

Those are the vents for the set of VSVs that control 4wd engagement.
The VSV detail is covered in a different figure on EPC.
