Have a 2H powered HJ75.
I tried using the search function here but I don't have a computer just a not so smart phone and it won't let me see results.
For a few weeks now when starting my car the battery light, air light and filter light remain on. If I blip the accelerator pedal slightly the lights go out with no issues.
Today while driving I had the aircon on and the headlights on as it was raining. After about thirty minutes of driving I was slowing down for a turn and the 3 warning lights turned back on. After releasing the clutch the lights turned back off. I turned the head lights off and the aircon off and I had no more light issues. After getting home I turned the car back on and all warning lights stayed on even after a throttle blip.
Can anyone confirm that the nut holding the wire onto the alternator is the power wire to battery? It's a 12 volt system with external reg.
I googled a bit and didn't come up with anything conclusive.
Any ideas on where to start? I have battery's under the tray and the continual switching solenoid is under the bonnet. The multimeter says that both batteries volts are going up when the revs go up but only to 12.8 volts
