Guys, I did 12h-t swap to hj60 with 2h and in the process I did a 1.5 inch body lift. Obviously the engine now sits a bit low. I did lower the fan shroud and blades do not touch but very close. I am thinking to raise the engine a little bit to get more clearance. How about if I put some half inch plates under the engine mounts front and rear? Any suggestions or experience to share.

I would suggest taking the body lift out. Will solve all sorts of issues.
I did the same thing as you. I ended up cutting and reshaping the bottom section of the fan shroud. Welded in some splices. Worked great. No issues after that.
