105 series AC, ls swap

Just finished an ls swap on a 105. Goes really nicely, especially with the 6l80

However Ac wont work, despite being gassed up, all 105 factory wiring. Guessing i removed something important form the 105 engine loom? coolant sensor or something? Can anyone shed some light on what dependency might be missing?

Also where is the AC relay?
