Working on my 2000 LC with 350k miles. Decided to replace the timing belt along with pullies, cam seals, and crank seal. My question is; when installing the new timing belt I can align all 3 alignment indicators on crank but my belt arrows for the cam alignment are waaay off. I dont think any of my cams moved and I marked them before the seals. Is this normal for the belt arrown not to align?

What kit did you purchase? Everything should align initially. After you spin it they will no longer line up. The marks on the cam and crank gears should line up with their corresponding marks but it won't line up on the belt. Also make sure you have the belt turned the right way. It's hard to explain, but the marks on the belt don't make a perfect triangle. It's offset. So you have to make sure the marks for the cams are on the cams and the one for the crank is on the crank. Also, if you have an 05 to 07 with vvti there are a couple of extra thing I believe you have to do but I'm not wure because I've never worked on one of those.
