First of all the brakes were good vs whatever I had before.
100 Series pads are much larger therefore covering a larger area of the disc.

Here comes the problem.
The pads are about 2-3mm larger which means they ride over the rim of the discs.
This issue created a lip on the pads which sat outside the outer of the discs. Not a big deal except for some friction noise.
I believe the OEM discs/rotors are roughly 311-312mm in diameter. So a slightly larger diameter may work better with these pads.

In 2016 I purchased a set of new rotors made by Centric which seem to be slightly larger than OEM. However I went back to 80 series pads not knowing what the Centric's diameter is.
The 80 series pads vs 100 pads seem tiny in comparison. Will see how they behave.
The discs are also slotted.

Sorry I have not taken pictures of the worn out 100 series pads.

These are the new discs.

The passenger side disc was fine, the driver's side had an issue with one of the bolts not being able to be threaded in due to a larger hole/thread on the disc.
I don't think these discs are in production anymore. Maybe a good thing. NAPA shows them in stock though for a little over $160 per disc.

Anyway, I started researching other parts yesterday and found some larger diameter discs from... you guessed it EBC.

You can see below some diameters from different manufacturers.
12.24" to 12.26" in some cases or 310.89mm to 311.4mm while EBC has them at 312mm and 33mm.
