100 repair manual

Hi from Wales all!

I've got a v8 100 series (Oct 02, new facelift model) called the Amazon in the UK.

I'm looking for a repair manual but the max ellery and haynes ones only cover up 2002 (the one just before my model).

Can anyone help?

The service repair manual that you want is the official Toyota Factory Service Manual (FSM). The cost is more than the Max Ellery or Haynes manuals but the information is much more detailed and model specific. Check with your local Toyota dealer or you can buy from the US. We don't have the Amazon 100 series but I suspect our 4.7 Liter Petrol model is very similiar.

Well, one-day access is 16 € + VAT (16% in Spain), total 18,56 €. That's about double the US site price. ( 10 US$, IIRC). Still more expensive, but still affordable.

I would like to know (preferably before paying) whether I could get everything I wanted on my Amazon from the US site or whether I'd be best looking at the Euro site.

I suppose if I want the steering column on the correct side and corresponding components in the engine bay ...

I'm sure you could get most of what you need on the US site. However, there will be some small difference in location of parts and hose plumbing as you are RHD.

You are right, I didn't look at that. I was only considering the option of the one-day subscription and downloading until the computer smoked
