07 LX remote stopped working

The remotes for my LX stopped working. I thought it could be a dead battery, but not so. No blown fuses either. When I put the truck into programming mode, it doesn’t react to the key fobs. Any ideas?
 
Alright, apparently I haven’t given the truck enough attention lately and it just needed some love. I found the original key I got with the truck and it worked with a new battery. I then was able to program one of the keys I bought two years ago (previously programmed successfully) and it works. The key that’s been my primary the last two years appears to be kaput. Still not sure why the one key was forgotten by the system.
