Any suggestions ideas what companies are the best easiest to install cheapest???

Are you looking for a body lift or a suspension lift? The suspension lifts are much better for offroading. Body lifts are strictly for street use just for looks

A body lift will do fine offroad (as long as you're not doing like a 6 inch body lift). Had an 05, all I did to mine was a 3" leveling up front and 2" in the rear with near shocks. Fit 33's with no rub

4.8 suspension list will hold 33's... I had a chevy with a 4 inch suspension kit and the 33's would only rub if i turned all the way and braked at the same time

Even though they arnt the cheapest, BDS suspensions have a lifetime warrenty with no fine print clauses... They are about $3000 for suspension and proffessional install
